#1. "Needs"
four basic psychological needs are
1. The need to live.
2. The need to love and be loved.
3. The need to feel important.
4. The need to experience variety.
#2. "Belief Window"
Your belief window is a reflection of your values which you may or may not be aware of.
When rooted in reality, it is very helpful. They come from life experiences. Based on your belief window you behave.
#3. "Rules"
For each belief on your window, you subconsciously create rules that govern your behavior. These rules are "if then: Statements that translate your beliefs into actions. For example, if dogs always bite, I will run when I see them. I would never consider a dog to be a good pet.
#4. "Behavior Patterns"
This is the point at which the workings of the model become visible to others and yourself. So if I believe the rule about dogs biting, I will run away or never go near a dog.
#5. "Results (and Feedback)"
Results is where you can change your behaviors or this is where your behaviors will strengthened and become a habit
